What makes us different? We are not an HR consulting practice.
We focus solely on helping leaders develop a strategic approach to talent, and building the skills they need to enable that talent to thrive.
Our capabilities draw on corporate and employer brand strategy, behavioural science, and decades of experience working with highly skilled leaders who have ambitious plans and expectations for their business. Let us know if you’d like to talk about what resources might be useful for you.

Our
Values
Art and Science
Our decisions are complex. We humans like to believe we are rational, but emotions are always at play. We combine the rigour of behavioural science and an appreciation for the deep expertise of our founders, with the creativity and meaning it takes to win hearts, in addition to minds.
Clear is Kind
Feedback is a gift, and we hold our relationships in the highest regard. We will give you the honest, unabridged truth, because your growth and progress depends on it.
Curiosity
Chris Hadfield aims to learn something new from every person he meets. Wouldn’t the world be remarkable if we could embrace this curiosity every day? Curiosity is the starting point for a growth mindset. And it’s a crucial way to uncover biases. We’re here to learn and grow.
Effortful Growth
Our lives are getting simplified and automated in inconceivable ways. We pay attention to how we’re tackling problems, watching out for easy answers and simple solutions. Growth and positive change is effortful, and entirely worthwhile.
